Payments: Orders are dispatched only after successful payment clearance through our secure gateways. International buyers are responsible for any local customs duties.

Third Parties: Data is shared only with essential partners (like courier services and payment gateways) to complete your delivery.

Dispatch: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Delivery: Domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 business days.
Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Cancellations: Free cancellation is allowed within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t shipped.
Returns: Due to the premium, delicate, and wearable nature of luxury silk fabrics, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Damages/Errors: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo/unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Verified issues will receive a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
